It’s hard to rate something that didn’t happen! When we purchased the stove in the store, we specifically asked about the electrical outlet and if we would have the right one as we were converting back to electric from a gas range and the existing outlet had been there for many years. The associate assured us that the delivery people would carry 2 different wires to be able to connect it. The stove was delivered and we did NOT have the right outlet so they left without connecting it. We had to have a new outlet installed so we had something to cook with. We had to plug it in and figure it out ourselves as we couldn’t wait days for someone to return. They also delivered a new refrigerator and couldn’t connect that either as, again, we were informed we didn’t have the right water line, so we had to have a new line installed. We had to connect it ourselves and figure everything out to run it otherwise we would have lost hundreds of dollars in food, just inexcusable.

The 2 guys that came were very polite and went straight to work. They cleaned up after themselves. Would use this service again!
