Horrible customer service

When the item arrived the delivery guys notice that the front leveler was damaged and needed replacing, which was not found or noticed when I bought the range. The installer told me that I needed to get with bestbuy to get the part... You would think this would be the responsibility of the installer, but no.. So I called and received the wrong part... It’s now been over a month and a hall, multiple calls to Best Buy and multiple visits to the store, only to be told you issue has been escalated and you should receive a call and I never get a call.
