It’s service is very good and service was friendly to person.

I was told they would call me prior to appointment to confirm, but never got any call the day before or the day of. They came just before the window of appointment time ended so I was worried. They did do a good job getting old one out and new in quickly, but left it a little far from being pushed all the way in like I would have liked before they left.

We couldn't wait for installation. Was postponed due to Corona Virus.

We had a new oven/range put in by the subcontractor that Best Buy uses. Overall they were very friendly. I took away three stars because of three main safety issues: 1) They failed to level the stove properly. 2) More importantly they used only one screw on the anti-tip bracket. I mentioned this to them during the install and I was told "It'll be fine". Sorry, but I'm not risking my family's little ones on this. I pulled the stove out after they left and properly anchored the bracket to the floor and wall. 3) I also discovered that the installers didn't properly route the power cord and it was pushing against the storage drawer at the bottom. Not only would the drawer not fully close, but over time, vibrations could have allowed it to wear through the insulation causing a shock hazard. I would recommend anyone having something like this installed, that they watch the installers like a hawk. Don't trust your safety to people that have not true vested interest except for getting to the next job.

5 stars! Installers arrived early, were very personable and very careful.

Although I requested it, the installer didn't want to bother to properly level the appliance. Just adjusted the front feet without a lever. so, the range is NOT level. We are seniors and will have to level it ourselves at some point unless you send someone back who may oblige. Levelling these heavy appliances is no easy task and my husband just had a serious heart surgery. This is second time I encounter installers who just want to go fast and cut corners. So, all in all, installation was not thorough.
