On first day, waited all morning and got a call just after the window that they would be there in 30 minutes. When they arrived, they told me that they could not unscrew the propane line from the old appliance, even though the propane tank had been removed and the line sealed and even though I was clear with the salesperson that they would be removing a propane range. Fair enough—miscommunications happen and an uncertified person should not work with propane. He left the old range in the middle of my kitchen and the new range, still in its box, in the middle of my garage. The delivery person told me to call him if I got it disconnected. The propane company did disconnect and I called. The delivery person said he was heading home, but would come first thing the next morning. I waited the whole morning and he didn't show. I called Best Buy and they rescheduled for the next day with a delivery window of Noon to 8pm. I waited the 8 hours and nobody showed. At 8pm, I talked with a Chris in customer service, who said the best he could do was to reschedule for 6 days later with another Noon to 8pm window. I understand that I may not have been reached because other customers took longer than anticipated, but no communication—and why would I then be put in the back of the queue instead of the front? Chris said he would take ownership, try to escalate, and promised to call me within a day on status, good or bad. He never did. So there I am with an old disconnected range in the middle of my kitchen and a large crate sitting in the middle of my garage with rescheduled installation 6 days later with another 8-hour window where, if experience is a guide, I would be stuck at home for the window and nobody would show. I eventually hauled the old range out, disposed of it, hauled the new one in, and installed it myself. In compensation, Best Buy said it will send a $300 gift card. I'll see if it really comes and, even if it does, I am having a hard time thinking why I would ever want to purchase something from Best Buy again.

The Geek Squad came out and installed the anti tilting device which was so generous. I always have trouble with that installment.

The oven cooks very evenly. The top is easy to keep clean if you use the recommendation from the delivery guys .
