    Tech unpacked and installed cord and brought into house. He said it was level but i did not think it looked level and ended up leveling myself. He did not unpack oven or explain how to use.

    The guys delivered it right. They had a carpet rolled out to bring the oven range in and left no mess. Professional service!!

    After you lost the range I bought and paid for, I accepted another range. After the substitute range was installed, I found a twelve inch scratch in my hardwood floor, in spite of the beach towels I had offered to prevent scratching.
