    Well, I'm prompted to review this, but my installations had to be cancelled due to the policy change in the wake of COVID-19, so, it never actually happened. I was refunded my money, so I'm okay with that, but...now I'm asked to review something that didn't happen so 3 stars.

    Best Buy installers & delivery, sent to wrong address. I was staying in a temporary address while house being finished. Appliances were left at temporary housing, extended stay hotel, even though they were clearly not at the correct address & I very clearly gave the address where I was having delivery. I never gave them the temporary address. Once the delivery came, the delivery men refused to dry because they were going to have to go through sunroom to get to kitchen with the refrigerator. One of the men, the foreman, was incorrigible, rude & had all round disposition. He was angry because he was having to pick up at temporary location & redeliver. If he is ever assigned to me again, I’ll request someone else. Customer service was nonexistent. If I could rate a -10, I would.
