Sounds great to get a free installation when you buy a $1300 standalone range. They couldn't figure out the timing because the automated text messages said 2-4 but they called at 11 to see if I was ready...so I rushed home only for them to show at 1245. Then the install...we should emphasize the BASIC part. They got it to the kitchen, roughly installed the tip bracket (it's now at an angle), then couldn't figure out how to slide it into place...needed the old bracket removed...3 screws taken out. Instead they told me that I needed to move the outlet...which was wrong. Since they convinced me that this was a 'me' problem they left without testing anything or even checking out the unit as advertised by the salesman...as I said, over sold and under delivered.

6’ cord was a crazy add on. Would never allow range to fit against wall. Range was sticking a foot from the wall snd they were like here you go. When I replaced with a shorter cord, I discovered the anti tip device was not screwed in correctly and backwards. I just pulled it off the wall with my hand. . The cord was not installed with the box connector and he took it with him. I would have given it 1 star but they did clean up and took old stove.
