    The description for Electric Range Installation specifically says "We'll install the anti-tip bracket (required)". They did not, and when asked about it said they said they didn't know anything about that. The oven was also missing the back trim kit that the description specifically said was included. And again, the response was we don't know anything about that. But they did wire it and turn it on, so some good.

    The installer was terrible, First He dropped the stove when getting it from his truck and blamed it on the factory when he showed me the damage. Then he only showed me part of the damage, I had to get a replacement that took 3 weeks and several phone calls. Oh and by the way, we had to settle for a different model that was more expensive because they did not have our model in stock. The new stove was delivered but didn't come with installation. The installer also did a poor job of cleaning up before he left, I had a mess to deal with.
