    after the range was installed it could be turned on and it got very hot. but only as hot as I wanted it.

    The installers only brought in the new range and took out the old. They refused to level it or move it into position so that it would not block the dishwasher door. When asked to do these things they kept saying, “Call Best Buy”. We had to have another crew come back the next week to complete the job. Very poor service and a bad reflection on Best Buy. Best Buy needs to look into better installers.
