Well they were ready to install, but I was not had to modify the opening.

The installation was a horrible experience. It is the 2 week in November and I still don’t have my anti tipping bracket that should have been installed on the day of installation. It wasn’t that I decided to get the bracket installed after the fact. I ordered the bracket when I bought the range. It was a week after they delivered the range is when I realized that they did not install my bracket. Called Geek Squad to figure out why they didn’t install the bracket, 1.5 hours later they finally told me that they would order the bracket and they would take 3 days to get it. They wanted me to call them back after I had received the part to make an appointment to get the techs to install it. I told them that, if they are assuring me that the part would be here in 3 days then on the 4th day the technicians should come and install. They agreed and made an appointment for them to come and install the piece. They gave me a window from 12-6pm for the installation and I told them that that time would not work since I had an open house between 1-4pm and I asked them if they could come after 4 and they gave me a target time of 5:15pm. On the morning of the 4th day I had no bracket delivered and the technicians text me at 10:40 letting me know that they were on there way to install. So when they came neither of us had a bracket on hand. I call again to see why my bracket was not delivered and again, 1.5 hrs later they were able to figure out that they had no brackets on hand and that they could not get the bracket and I had to call the Lg to get the part. They told me that Lg would be able to send you the part for free since the purchase for the range had only been a month. I call Lg and after talking to multiple people for an hour and telling each person the same story they told me that I had to purchase the bracket because that is not part time f the warranty and that I couldn’t order through them because only 3rd party sells the part. I decided to go online to the Lg site and order the bracket. They gave me a confirmation number which gave me an ETA for November 15th. Once I get the bracket I have to call Geek Squad to schedule a day to get the bracket install. Long story short...... I will never order an appliance installation from Best Buy.
