    I have no problem with the product. My issue is with the person contracted to do the installation. He didn’t arrive until 7pm. It was raining and dark. Installer unpacked my appliances outside in the dark and the rain. My husband had to help because we didn’t want him here all night. Plus our appliances were being rained on. My husband brought in the appliances and then unboxed the rest inside the house… did I mention it was raining. My husband took the “haul aways” out to the truck for the guy. Then installer forgot or probably couldn’t find the dryer steam kit. Installer promised he would bring it next day, but….of course we never heard back from him. I called Best Buy and let them know I didn’t get my dryer vent kit and asked them to send someone else to do the install because I didn’t want to deal with the installer again.
