I ordered my oven online on a Friday, it arrived that Monday. I had told FOUR people who I was speaking to that I had a gas oven and wanted to switch over to electric and wanted to make sure I got all the parts and was doing it right, I was assured FOUR times that all I needed was this extra cord. When they came to uninstall my old oven and install the new one the driver was shocked to see I had gas and told me he couldn't do anything. I spoke to one of the case managers with GeekSquad who scheduled me out for the next available time, this was nearly TWO weeks later. I wait the two weeks and then on the day they are supposed to come I take the day off work as they were SUPPOSED to be there between 12-4pm 7 calls to GeekSquad and 3 to their outside team later I find out that it was never sent to the driver. The next day I was told to call in and reschedule for whatever time worked for me and they would make it happen. I called when I was told to and advised them I work 6 days a week and can't ask for time off so I had coordinated with my dad for him to take a day off to help me, this was for that Wednesday. I was told it was all scheduled and they couldn't give me a time frame until the day before, so I waited till Tuesday and called to check the time to inform my dad. When I called in I was told yet again it wasn't set up. I was fed up with their INCOMPETENCE and inability to do their jobs, so I scheduled a time for them to pick the oven up and I decided to go elsewhere. I had that oven sitting in my house in my way uninstalled for 3 whole weeks. Once my refund went through I went to Simons Appliance in Inver Grove Heights, walked in ordered an oven--took a few days to be delivered to the store and was installed within 2 days of it being delivered. No fuss no muss. That's how it should be. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from BestBuy again, and I AM STILL WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT ME.

the deliver guys were good, but when they cut the glass top, they cut it to short and everything the falls on top of the stove ends up between the stove and counter top floor.....with no way to clean it out. SUPER DISAPPOINTED in that.
