    Was emailed that they would be there between 8 and noon. Arrived at 12:30 after getting angry with them for not being there when promised. When they called to tell me when they would be there they stated they just got done with their noon to 4 appointments. What! I was scheduled for 8-noon. Called to complain to delivery department and was offered a $25.00 gift card. Called back to ask for installation charges on two items to be refunded as well. They said store would need to do it and store stated they delivery/installation group would need to do it. No refund just the $25.00 for being late and me missing an appointment that was scheduled for well after they would have been done if arriving during original time frame that was given.
