Delivered defective stove!

I told the installers because I was worried about them. However, once they left, I discovered that the oven set to broil every time the door went from open to closed, or the light switch or any button was pressed. It was defective and had they tested it -- we could have saved a lot of time.

Service very poor

The first time they delivered it, it was broken, but my old stove didn't work, so I had to use a new stove and contact BestBuy later. They told me. another stove and I was very satisfied, but the staff who delivered it the second time did the work carelessly, irresponsibly and unprofessionally. They said the electrical cord was not suitable for the stove (while the previous one they delivered was damaged and this one was damaged). exactly the same, I don't understand why they could assemble it the first time, but not the next time) I said if you say this wire is not correct, you have to bring the stove back to me and give it to me with the stove I bought, and then There they just plug it in with the power cord then they leave the rest for us to do ourselves.
