This review is about the installation of our range LG LREL6325F, which we bought from Best Buy. The Best Buy installation team left the range improperly installed. The range is not level (it is leaning to one side) and it is sticking out from the back wall. In addition, the installation team refused to install the LG anti-tip bracket, saying that the bracket that was already in place in my kitchen was fine (it is a bracket for a GE range that was installed 20 years ago). I suspect this old anti-tip bracket is one of the reasons that the range cannot be moved back properly into the kitchen cabinet. It should be noted that the installation team did not leave the LG anti-tip bracket with me, so an important safety part is now missing. On the positive side, Best Buy indicated that they will send another installation team next Monday to fix the problem. I will update this review (if that it possible) after the second installation team performs its work). I like to buy my appliances from Best Buy because I had good experiences with the Best Buy Geek Squad team. For example, yesterday, the Geek Squad team installed a new microwave in my home and everything was done very well. Unfortunately, I found out that the Geek Squad only performs "complex" installations, like microwaves and dishwashers. For ranges, Best Buy sends a different team (not the Geek Squad), which appears to be much less qualified and unconcerned about the quality of their installations.

Why do it yourself when someone else can do it for you.
