I suggest not getting a delivery for installation on a holiday. I think the installer just wanted to get home early. There is no other explanation for the way it went. If I knew his name, I would include it, but I don't. I spent a lot of money for my double oven LG range and I don't think asking him to show me how to work it was asking too much. Also, when finishing the paperwork, he should NOT have put check marks where I didn't want them or alter my answers. I wasn't happy with many things about the way he did the set up, or... Maybe I shouldn't have read the installation instructions.
