    Nine months to receive part of appliance package. Stove scratched and still waiting for a replacement. Refrigerator had scuff mark and is dented in, afraid to replace because my geek squad membership I paid for is about to expire February. Terrible credit card options too. I had no choice but to except the 12 month interest free because why would I pay for products in advanced when I didn’t have them for nine months? They also lost my original stove and had to replace with a slightly different looking stove. I feel like the company shouldn’t start the 12 months interest free until you actually receive the products…also, no reward points because of interest free which definitely wasn’t explained during purchase. In closing I have to pay for another year membership that I didn’t even use for the first year? We have to live with a defected refrigerator and have yet to receive the replacement stove. This has been one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever had to deal with and moving forward never again will we purchase a package again through BestBuy. Not pleasant at all.
