Purchased open box (floor model) item on 6 December. Scheduled delivery for 13 December. They had plenty of time to get it ready for delivery, yet on delivery day, after I made plans to be home to meet them, they said it's not ready. I attempted to reschedule for a day or two later, but they offered me no option other than a full week later, 20 December! They HAD the range. They knew where it was. All that needed to happen was to elevate this to the right level who could make the decisions to schedule the delivery a few days sooner, yet they kept telling me that it was "impossible" like this was some immutable law of physics. It was not. They were just unwilling to be inconvenienced to change their schedule! No effort was made to work with me - it was just an ultimatum. So on 20 December they bring the range, but they failed to bring the anti-tip bracket, so could not install it. Another example of incompetence or simply not caring. They already had the range at the distribution center for an extra week, yet nobody could be bothered to check and make sure that all of the necessary parts were with it for installation. Pure incompetence. Rescheduled installation for 24 December (Christmas Eve!). They call at 1 PM, asking if I have the anti-tip bracket! (Of course I didn't. They were supposed to bring it!). Ultimately, I got 3 anti-tip brackets shipped to me (I only needed one) and it was installed on 2 January - fully 3 weeks late, and I was unable to use my range for the holidays, despite buying it on 6 December! Horrible customer care. Terrible responsiveness to their own incompetence. Ultimately, it was delivered and installed, but every time they screwed up, they made no real effort to accommodate my needs - just told "this is all we can do" and take it or leave it! Just the worst!
