I got a phone call while at work saying the delivery guys were at my house to deliver my stove. Nobody was home. I was told they emailed me the day prior - I got no such email. My husband had to leave in the middle of a business meeting to meet with two very unhappy delivery men. Very unprofessional all the way around.

I was called a day prior with a 12 - 4 pm time window. I waited as agreed and was called by delivery person on his cell ( he would be arriving in 15 - 20 min ) at 230pm. I called his cell several times til the delivery window closed 430 pm . When the delivery had not come i called the delivery man several times . After i left several messages with no call back i called the delivery company . I spoke with a delivery company manager whom also couldnt reach(find)the delivery person. The delivery manager asked if i wanted to reschedule the delivery(5pm) because neither her or i could find the delivery team. I said no . I wanted to recieve my new range as agreed. At 530 pm the delivery truck arrived. The delivery men parked the truck directly in the middle of the street ( my driveway and all spots in front of my house were empty and available) . Now nobody could pass there truck. As i saw them arrive i opened the front door to acknowledge them and aid in delivery i was greeted with a shout from the delivery men from the truck " hey so whats up !" . I responded im the house for the delivery . The man repeated " so whats up". I just went inside and waited. As the first man angrilly entered he started pointing at items he wanted moved. Didnt seem to make sense but i capitulated. Once again before he went back to his truck i was greeted with "so whats up" i then responded i amwaiting for the delivery of my new range and its been 2hrs since he called with his 15-20 min eta. He said so whats wrong with the old one. I responded that i had spoken to the best buy rep when i was shopping and i just wanted the range i purchased. The delivery men opened the box and setup the range in the street (while blocking the street). It was a spectical. The men returned inside the house with the range and plugged it in and had me sign their form on the computer. I have no idea what i signed because they rushed me through and said i would get something in the mail (when i askedabout the form). They departed around 6pm. This was a horrible spectical . No more best buy for me .
