The installer did a good job in the house. But outside he left hardware in the street in front of my neighbors driveway. If my neighbor hadn't noticed he could have run over it and popped his tire.

Paid for installation… but the technician installed a defective stove, left and now two weeks later the next tech told me the stove had to be returned to the manufacturer. Customer service offered me a replacement stove, but couldn’t deliver until 6 weeks. Mid January!

I had several appliances delivered at once. The issue was there were 2 guys. They were rushed and only used 1 guy to carry in and out each appliance vs 1 guy on each end. So, when the guy carried out the old range he damaged my front door to the tune of $350. I reported this to Best Buy and they said they had to file a claim. I received a email stating someone would contact me within 2 business days with a claim number. It's been almost a month now and a bunch of phone calls and I just keep getting the run around. Best buy tells me to call the claim company who doesn't answer or call back. I call back best buy and they push it back to me contacting the claims company. Never again

Not happy at all with this installation ( not a product review) . Couple of things: 1: paid $200 in cash with no bill. They mentioned I don’t have power plug and they have. $200 for a power plug. My previous oven had that and could have been reused I believe. 2: After they leave, Oven tilted in 1 direction and seems bottom storage was not closing properly and counter top height missed at one side. Not sure to whom should I contact.

One of the two gentlemen seemed more experienced but not the other. The range was installed properly, however they seemed careless about ensuring our newly remodeled home is not damaged during the process. I would not want the same company to deliver and install our appliances.

Unable to use broken drawer that installer flagged as defective. Still waiting for replacement that he told them about. We have also reached out for replacement or repair.

Installation and removal of my old oven went great!
