My husband and son installed the stove. We had to have the stove space modified so we just didn’t request the service men to come back out.

Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery and install. Stove was not set level with counter. Plastic was not removed and it was dented. To top it off trash was left in my driveway and I can’t even schedule an exchange because the driver hasn’t updated the delivery an hour later...

they did a good job, they did not take time to explain one thing about the range, they were too busy, this is best buy's fault not the installers

....it took a few trips because of schedule conflicts with Best Buy personnel and when it did come it was damaged. When they got the right one it service guys were great. Get on the ball with the schedulers!

this was ordered on set 6 and finally istalled on feb. i tink i already said it all.

Could have been neater. Also, stove needs to be lower and I have to figure out how to do it since I'm handicapped and can't get down on floor to do it.

The range installation is not smoothy at the first time, because they don't check the power at first. Because old range still has electricity, and the connecting cord has something broken, when they tried to install it, they saw electric spark and refuse to install and went back. It can be easily avoided by turning off circuit breaker. Called them come again. This second time is successful because of no power after power is turned off.

the installers were very nice to talk to but they did not level the stove i had to do it myself if it was a 80 year lady it would be a problem

Installation was fast and convenient. I just wish they had taken off all of the plastic pieces and tape inside the oven. I had tape and plastic melting the first time I used it! Yuck!

Like the range,glass top. Installers just delivered it with the stove sticking out 4 inches. I had to hire an electrician to install. Not an electric problem. It was the anti tip plate that needed to be moved for correct install. Cost me $165.00. The installers were very late (5 hours) and really didn’t seem to care about proper installation. Lots of confusion about delivery,too. Ended up talking to a guy in Panama City. Got some results talking to local store.

Installers arrived 1 1/2 hours outside the time window given. Realized stove was not level after they left. I am unable to do it myself.

I have never posted a review before. My experience with Best prompts sharing. We had to wait 6 weeks for our range because it was on back order. We had it scheduled to be delivered on my husband’s day off. He had a scheduling conflict and I attempted twice to call and reschedule. Both times I held for over 15 minutes waiting for an agent. I received an e-mail stating that my appt would be confirmed the day before delivery. In my mind iI I expected to receive a call from a person. It was a computer call on Sunday afternoon. There was no option to speak with anyone until Monday morning. I went to my local Best Buy where I purchased the appliance, because they do not accept phone calls. They have no way to resolve situation. We had to delay delivery to the next weekend. The range was delivered but they did not reschedule the installation. Again nothing can be done on the weekend and they can installer come out in over a week. Thank goodness for You Tube because my husband was able to spent all Saturday morning installing the range. Needless to say I could not be more disappointed with my experience with Best Buy. Next time a local dealer will get my business. These review has nothing to do with appliance purchased

I did not feel that it was necessary to buy a new connector while the old one was perfectly fine. They did not give me a choice.

Rainy day --walked over muddy lawn ate the house instead of walking on the driveway and walkway; parked blocking my mailbox even after I asked them to move the truck a little away from the box so mail could be delivered or pull into driveway; driver said he'd move if mail carrier truck came by to deliver; asked and showed the spacer that comes with the range and they said it was not needed; needed a second visit by another installer to affix the piece.
