The purchase of the stove was problematic enough.
How quickly the stove was sold to us was a total of 15 minutes. We knew what we wanted, we were patient with the availability, and there was no need to haggle, the price is the price.
Then, just about anything that could go wrong went wrong. Delays, poor updates, a crew that brought the stove and couldn't disconnect the existing gas stove to be replaced (they weren't authorized to turn off a valve and unscrew a hose - that was a different crew.) And then the stove itself had a chip out of each front corner.
The delivery guys were fine and apologetic, but everything outside of their specific physical duties could not have been worse.

Actually ordered 10/22/23.
Finally delivered 12/22/23.
Technician very pleasant but clearly not familiar with the product- turned on a burner and held his hand over it to see if it would warm up (induction.) Set the clock which we had to reset after he left.
Most concerning- stated he didn't have the proper drill bits to install anti-tip bracket so we've had the product 3 weeks and are afraid to use it.
BB store 50 mi away with inclement weather and we'd rather go directly to a store manager to discuss this rather than go through the torture of the call center. May post a product review once it's safe to use the appliance.

Who knew ovens were hard wired?

One of the points that should be CLEARLY mentioned is when you buy a new stove, if you have an older model, you will want to check to see if it's "hard wired" to your wall (not plugged into an outlet but directly wired to your electrical system). Fairly common I hear but who would know that until they show up with the new stove? $3,000 later I had an outlet installed 2 days before Thanksgiving but had to sit with my old stove in the family room for a week until Best Buy could come back to pick it up! Nightmare!

2 TDELIVERY GUYS SHOED UP. ONE WENT TO USE MY BATHROOM. THE OTHER GUY INSTALLED MY STOVE. WAS GOING TO LEAVE IT UNLEVEL. I COMPLAINED. HE RELUCTLENTLY LEVELED IT. THEY LEFT. VERY RUDE.

The men who brought the range were great. On time and respectful of our home. But Best Buy didn’t send them with the proper fitting so stove could be installed. So we had to pay our contractor to do it the next day. Not exactly free install…and did not include anti tip hardware. Hummmmmm

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new range - but the delivery and install was most frustrating.
The 3rd party delivery & installers arrived at the arranged time (we had rearranged our entire day to be home for this) but upon arrival they said they were not allowed to disconnect the original range. (policy) but if we disconnected - we could call back to the schedulers and they would have someone come out the next day to install. We called to schedule for the next day and were told it would be a week before someone could come back. We hired a handy person to disconnect the old range - which he informed us was a joke - he went ahead and installed the new one (which was left in the middle of our kitchen floor and helped us to remove the old one and put in the driveway for pickup. a week later they came and picked it up. Very disappointed in the lack of service and the ridiculous policy. The delivery guys were quite pleasant though.

Very nice and professional, but Never offered to put brackets on and worse, it is a slide-in and they did not lower it to rest on counter. Left 3/4 inch gap both sides

Waste of money. All they did was install the plug. They did not install the spacer I needed that was included and they did not install the floor bracket to keep it from tipping. Said they don’t do they even though the BB instructions said it was mandatory. I would save your money and put the plug on yourself.

I do not think the range was evenly spaced with the countertop as it was slid into place. The installer lacked preciseness.The Range is also wobbly. I noticed that after he left. Stove works great. I may have the best buy installer come back.

Got this "new" electric range which was NOT on the floor in Best Buy. Bad decision. Four burners but only ONE is a dual one, two are for small pots and are located in the back and not the front, the other one is for a large pot only. There is no self cleaning for the oven. The warming drawer is cheaply made....I am afraid to put my 6 qt crock pot in it for fear is will cave in the floor. It's like tin. The smooth glass top is nice and cleans up well but I did not get a glass cleaner with the stove. I still had a bottle from my old one from Sears which is fantastic. So sorry I didn't go to Sears for my new stove. Never buy an appliance at a store that doesn't have a model on the floor. The sales people will never tell you what is NOT included on the appliance.

Had a range delivered and installed. The delivery guys were very nice but weren’t willing to remove the tape residue or push the range into place. They said they couldn’t push it back and it was as far back as it would go. It was about a foot from the wall and looked awful. I easily pushed it back on my own. They were not willing to take the range back because of the tape residue on the cooking surface and on the display.
