    My first delivery date was cancelled by a 3rd party delivery company that Best Buy hired. The delivery company was rude on the phone. I called Best Buy and requested that they did not send a 3rd party company to do the installation. I had expected the Geek Squad to preform the installation like I had my refrigerator installed the previous month. Best Buy assured me they would use the Geek Squad when they rescheduled. When the range arrived, the delivery and installation men were of a third party company. They're appearance was that they just may have gotten out of prison the past week. They were rude to my wife when she made a request. "You don't need to tell me how to do my job". They were unaware I was asleep in the back room. I had to get up and ask him what he meant by his comments and reminded him that he is providing a service that I payed for. The installation crew would not be someone that I would feel comfortable letting into my home. I later called Best Buy to complain. They really didn't care. I will no longer allow Best Buy to deliver or install and products in my home.

    Did not install the tip over hardware. I would had installed it. But they didn't leave the hardware.

    Was fast and easy, except we had to request them to put a new range cord on rather than using the old stoves cord, despite our order specifically asking for a new cord.

    Could not use stove. Leveling was a disaster as lever was not included. Had to leave for Florida and will not be back till end of May. When we get back I will expect to have stove leveled properly. Left at odd angel.

    Not sure where the confusion was. I received a telephone call from BestBuy to authorize an outlet install for the range. I approved it. I received a 2nd call authorizing the amount but it was much lower than the initial call. I asked why and the customer service representative had no idea why but just wanted the payment. I assumed everything was installed and I received a telephone call from our property management company notifying us that the stove was not installed and the new one is still sitting in the living room. I went in person to the store and cleared everything up but I had to hire our electrician and it's been a bit of a hassle but I'm glad it is getting resolved. Deliveries have been generally good but in these times the lack of communication was a bit interesting to say the least. I would still recommend delivery but it would be more helpful to not have separate parties call.

    The installers that brought our first round of appliance were very polite and nice but their lack of carefulness left us with a damaged stove and scratched fridge. The second time for replacement the same team brought fridge and it was also left with scratches. However a different team brought replacement stove and he handled the swap very well. But 3 deliveries to get 4 appliances installed was a bit of a hassle and interruption to our lives.

    These guys were the worst! Best Buy has done installation for me before. But this time they outsourced. The guys showed up in an Enterprise truck and parked right in the middle of my street. And I have a huge driveway. They didn’t realize that they were delivering an oven with the microwave that I ordered. So they start getting frustrated and opened the box for my new range on the ramp and throwing the garbage everywhere- including on the street. They installed the cord right there on the street, and after watching them rush this whole process, I asked them not to push the stove into the spot, because I wanted my fiancé to check their work. I also asked them to stop removing the plastic because they were rushing so much that they were not getting the tiny pieces between the door off all the way. When my significant other checked the job they did on the cord, he found that they had not installed the clamps to help keep the cord secure. Thankfully we still had our old oven and removed the clamps off it’s cord. As they left, they insisted that I had to give them a 10 star rating when prompted by Best Buy. Haha, no!

    This stove works weird! The manufacture states that to get the same results as my old stove instead of taking the 350 degree temp as correct I need to lower my temp and cook longer. This makes no sense. One of your sales points was that this stove is faster than older stoves. NOT. Wish I could dig my old one out and get it back. I used to be a good cook.

    I wish i could give negative 5 stars to Geek Squad installation. My floor is concrete so they told me they did not have the right screws to install the tip rack and i needed to call them once i bought some. So i bought some and called and texted the service manager. No response. Then i called Geek Squad hot line more than 10 times. Every time, they sent 3rd party guys in and i was told they did not bring the right tools every time. In the end, the 3rd party manager just said they could not do the job and i need to get Geek Squad to install. And i called again and ended up with another 3rd party come in. What a shame! so far, after one month, the installation is still pending.

    Don't think for one minute they will do anything other than plug it in. And getting an appointment the is whole different ball game. One doesn't know what the other is doing. You may have several emails and calls before they finally get to you. One star is for the fact they finally showed up. The second star is for them taking it off the truck.

    Tech issues and no delivery

    The stove installation never occurred. This is from an order in December. I kept getting told the item was on backorder. Turns, out after many months and calls to the corporate number, that the order was completed in April when the hoses were delivered. Corporate this week, when I called an tried to reschedule, found this issue after three phone calls the week prior. I was promised on that they would call at the latest on Thursday, when they believed the issue would be resolved. The next shipment comes in the 22nd of May; we would schedule from that product delivery. Not sure what is going to happen anymore. I will likely call again and again until a resolution and installation occur. I have never had such difficulties. Everyone has been nice on the phone. Service technicians seemed frustrated in April when the stove was not already at my residence. Hoping, to have the stove sooner rather than later as I am in the fifth month without a working one.
