    First one was damaged. Then had to wait a few week for the other one to be installed.

    Delivery person bumped through the house to the kitchen, plugged the stove in, and shoved it in the space as far as the cord would allow. No prep, no testing, no leveling, no adjusting to counter height, no routing of cord to allow stove to be pushed all the way into the space. No receipt, no manual.

    it only took me 2 entire Saturday, 2 half Sunday plus another half Saturday to finally received my Range. It was a murder to me. Sitting at home unable to do anything, only being on the phone being hold and being hung up on me 3 times. My call to them was started by 10:30am and ending by 8:00pm. Repeating this same process the following Saturday. I swear I will never do this again. It all begins because of a missing leg with the unit. There weren't any issue, if you are placing order through the phone. Only with my call is related to an existing order, there weren't sufficient agent avaialbe to take my call. Sad things is One agent hung up on. 2 other hung up because I pressed the incorrect selection or my selection was taking longer than it allow. Each time, I have to go through the recording message and trying to understand what my issue is related to which department. And there isn't a selection for Shipping related. I come to realized that the devlivery company must be a contact company, therefore, Best Buy does not have direct contact to them. And there will be no contact with the delivery depatment during Sunday. Good luck to you all who depends on them for applicance delivery!!

    2 hours late, no call

    Installation window was 12-4. By 4:30, no sign of the delivery or install. I called the 800 number and after being transferred twice was put on hold while agent contacted installer, who said they were stuck in traffic. About 15 minutes later the installer called and said they had another install that ran 2 hours late in a town 1 hour away from mine. They arrived 2 hours after the appointment window then had to go out to a hardware store twice because they didn't have the right size connector for my dishwasher. The installation was completed and they left at 8:45 PM. They installed the refrigerator doors to swing in the wrong direction but since it was so late I didn't even bother to ask them to change it. The installer did tell me that they started the day about 1 mile from my house, then went to three towns 1 hour away then back to mine at the end of the day. Would have made sense for someone to contact me to schedule earlier in the day to make the routes more efficient. Unrelated to the install, the salesperson said I would be getting $200 in rewards for opening a Best Buy account but only got $100 and had to call in to get the additional amount added. So now I have $200 in rewards, could probably use a new dryer but am hesitant to purchase from Best Buy again due to this installation.

    My electrician installed the 240v circuit with a GFI as it was close to the sink. The Best Buy crew install did not work with the GFI circuit as it required a slight modification to their “standard” hookup. They kept telling me they understood, but sorry guys, no comprehende. They called their supervisor who transferred me to their service center in Panama, Central America. It was a total waste of time. The bottom line, they could not, and apparently did not know how to install the stove to a 240v circuit with GFI that meets current electrical code requirements.

    Best Buy lost me as a customer. Driver arrived an hour and a half before the delivery window while I wasn’t home, then had the gall to laugh at me on the phone when I said I expected him to return at the correct time. He was insulting and arrogant, insisting he could arrive whenever he wanted regardless of the window. After multiple calls, a manager phoned and said he’d dispatch a second crew to deliver my oven. Said he’d call me back to discuss the issues with the first driver, but he never did. Second crew brought the oven, but they were clearly unhappy about it. One was reasonable, but the other appeared particularly annoyed. He only spoke in Spanish. Couldn’t tell what he was saying, but I certainly recognized the expletives. Not sure if they were aimed at me or not, but at that point I didn’t care. Never again. That’s the last major purchase I will ever make at Best Buy.

    Our Installation with bestbuy was sub par. We had a lot of issues between items getting scratched and broken products being delivered and installed.

    Installation was good but tec did not level the stove with counter top, tec left when i noticed I called the tec back on hia cell i asked him to level it with counter top he would be back never came back.

    Install was not performed as the Smart Choice 6' Range Cord was not delivered with the oven. Amount was refunded and customer picked up Range Cord and performed the installation.

    Courteous, prompt, but scratch by kitchen floor. I would recommend 2 people to CARRY it out, not dragging and then placing on the handcart

    It smells terrible when baking. We cant figure out the smell. Its burning something inside. The surface is very hard to clean.when stove top is on Hi, it doesnt get as hot as my old stove top. Not impressed at all. But, it is nice looking style....

    Delivered and set up. They said that the plug was blown so it would not turn on. I called my maintenance guy, he came and flipped the switch on the breaker box and it came on. Very disappointing, that I had to pay additional money for someone to turn on the switch in the breaker box.

    Stove was not leveled and they didn’t install the anti tipping bracket. They just plugged it in and slid it into place. I was expecting more for Best Buy installation.

    Terrible service wish I could give no stars, 3 different teams came, all had a problem because customer service who schedules didn’t do their job. 3rd group came finally and hooked it up, but only the stove top worked and the oven would not. So they said it was broken and I needed a new one. Told me I would get a call to reschedule delivery and installation, of course that never happened. I had my electrician come out and make sure the electrical box was fine and it was. But he lookEd at the cord installation and within 2 minutes, he realized they did not properly install it and it works great now. Bad experience and I will NEVER use Best Buy for appliances ever again. Please do your self a favor and start caring about people who purchase things from you. If you say you do installations, hire people who know how too and please please get quality customer service and give them the tools to do their job!! In the end I saved you $1,600 because I have common sense, your welcome!

    I cancelled this order because of Best Buy's ridiculous policies. Best Buy calls the phone number listed on my order to demand that I verify who I am by asking me personal questions (I refused to due to scammers), and they, in turn, refused to give me the information they called ME to provide! Basically my order could not be fulfilled on time. What an asinine policy!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER BEST BUY!!!! Your policy was the reason why I canceled this order.
