The delivery was 2hrs late from the latest time in the window given. The installers did not say hello and were not friendly. The driver had a terrible odor that took a long time to rid from my house once they left. After barely showing me how my stove worked, he asked me to sign a sheet that was not even filled in. I signed it but I was home alone with my child and did not want an argument.

they showed up to install our oven and it was gas. It had to be left in our kitchen until we could get a plumber to unhook the gas.

Installers showed up in truck too large, and they refused to put range on dolly to bring to apartment. They said they would come back in a few days, but didn't. Had to re-schedule, next available a week later. Next visit, installers discovered old range was hard-wired, so could not install. Would have been good if BB notified and emphasized clearly that an electrical outlet was required. Had to re-schedule, next available yet another week later. On installation day, dispatch called and said they only had large truck (same problem as before), and could not make it that day. Dispatch said they would call back later in the day to re-schedule for a few days later, but never called back. I had to re-schedule, next available yet ANOTHER week later. Finally got it installed...OVER A MONTH LATER. Had no range this entire time.

Terrible. Horrible. Ordered back in April. They've delivered it to the wrong address twice and can not get the address updated. I've waited on hold or been on the phone for over 12 hours trying to deal with it and have over a dozen chat sessions recorded. Every one promises me it will be taken care of. Every one promises me a call within a day or two. Never been called. Never been resolved. Same run-around. I have 5 escalation numbers and they tell me that escalations mean that it'll get taken care of within a day or two. 5 since September. It's mid-November. I bought the product in April. Still haven't gotten it right.

Installation never happened. Best Buy called the day before and said it required an electrician for installation. They said they could arrange that but, obviously, not for the next day. Then, they said I would have to pay additional money but I would have to go in to the local Best Buy and pay. They wouldn’t send an invoice online and let me pay online. So, I just got my own electrician to install the wall oven. It wouldn’t have bothered me as much if I hadn’t called Best Buy a week earlier to confirm that their installers would be able to, in fact, install it. Their installation service has been very poor for several months now
