    Didn't level it roped stickers off glass door and left the glue on it for me to clean off

    We weren’t told they couldn’t touch wiring. We told our salesman we were switching from a Jennair to this range. We had already pulled out the old one and unhooked the wiring. All they did was drop off the new one and took old one

    The installers were friendly and got the stove into our house fine. The issue was the cord is too big and causes the stove to stick out from the wall. I was told they couldn't do anything to get it closer to the wall and I would probably have to knock out part of my wall to fit the cord. Once they left I unwound the cord and positioned it differently to get the stove a lot closer to the wall.

    The delivery folks performed this service. They did have to borrow tools, but the completed the work to my satisfaction.

    Had to pull the stove out and plug it in. I sent this on another review. Never heard back.

    Quality of appliance and all parts were good . But entire process was delivery was really not satisfactory. I will not buy any appliances from Best Buy . As there is no customer service or follow up . Also delivery service is a whole mess . Also store staff I, including manger was not at all helpful . Really bad service .

    After having the oven for a few months the unltra heat doesnt work right and the oven doesnt cook evenly at all. Very costly for the quality of its cooking abilities. Trying to get ahold of the warranty people isnt easy either.

    installed the stove, and didn't level it. Shelves slide in weird ways when I try to use the oven, Now I have to hire a handyman to do it at my expense.

    Well, there isnt any other way to put this. I came home to two oven ranges in the middle of my kitchen with no installation and no information on next steps for my scheduled install. I paid to have old product removed and I had to haul it out myself and pay to have the town pick it up in obersized appliance trash. So, i paid twice and had to do all labor myself and as such I have given a poor rating as this is commensurate to my experience. Oven is phenomenal. Love it. Other than not being able to have each compartment over 75degrees different, but i get it.... its not really a true double oven, so i expected this and accept.

    The installers were not respectful of my property. They dropped my old stoves twice inside my house causing shattered glass to spray all over my kitchen and dinner room floors all the way to the front door. They were not apologetic and at no time offered to clean up their mess. Then when loading the stove into their delivery truck, proceeded to “clean off” the glass causing shards of glass all over my parking area. My husband and I spent hours cleaning up glass inside the house & outside where we park. What was supposed to be a very exciting day, turned into an extremely stressful and frustrating day to say the least. I also want to mention the installers did not do a quality job installing my new oven. I’m not confident with their work and now need to pay my electrician to call out next Friday 04/23/21.

    They didn’t have to do anything other than put the oven in its place because when they plugged it in, it said my outlet was bad. They said that’s why I asked you if the outlet was okay. So they couldn’t show me any features and I had to have the outlet replaced by an electrician before I could plug it back in and set it up and learn how to use it. Unbeknownst to me, my father gave the delivery people a $20 tip and I read that Best Buy delivery people are not allowed to accept tips, but they did. This is disappointing.

    AS I have previously written to Best Buy the installation was poor. I did not see any indication that the installer had received proper training and he had about a 5% grasp of English. He was difficult to communicate with. He started to connect the power cable without connecting the Greeen Ground wire improperly until I insisted to him how to properly connect it. They did not remove all of the masking and labels from the range.

    Had problem after problem with this installation scheduling. Was cancelled, then rescheduled, then rescheduled AGAIN. Finally, the day of appt, they were hours late with no call. When I called BestBuy I learned that this was a contracted company, but they would not give me any other information. Frustrating, and has made me rethink using this service in the future.,

    Installers called their electrician, since my outlet is 3-prong and needed his attention, and there was some kind of “short” when they plugged it in. Electrician did not have needed product with him, and did some type of adaptation. They ordered replacement range. When that was scheduled for installation, I insisted on correct outlet connection wiring.
