Again my angst lies with the fact that I took the day off based on arrival time and the installation contractor didn’t arrive until 4:45pm, almost three hours late. But again I have to say don’t try to do this yourself unless you have an electrical back ground. Also the installer should have demonstrated the the product but was in a rush to get out of my house.

Arrived at 10 for a 12-4 delivery. Drawer repeatedly bounced out about 1" when I tried to close it - installer said it would be OK after I used it a while. Only after I said no way did he work on it and fix it. He didn't use a level to show range was level - he said it looks level, doesn't it?

The cable was securely attached to the oven/Range and then to the outlet. Then I was handed over a paper to sign to verify the install. The guy that did the install did not stalled the anti-tipping device that clearly came with it. When I asked why this health and protection device was not installed the answer was "I did not know you wanted it". He clearly got upset that I would not sign off the paper until he installed the device. It baffles me that even though this is part of the install (the paper asks if it was installed), The device is included it by the manufacturer and will help avoid injuries. The tech does not install it at first and gets upset that he has to install it. It may have been just this technician but I would recommend to check the install before you sing off any of the install papers.

after a month from the day it was delivered Best Buy finally completed the install. upon delivery the 3rd party delivery people dented one side of the range and broke the right front leg. the adjustable one. But it took an entire month and myself calling off work two separate times to get it right

I did not receive any manual or explanation of the stove functions. I had to figure it out on my own. The installer was in my house maybe '5" minutes and did not clean up after himself or disinfect the stove as indicated at the time of purchase. A big disappoint.....

While I appreciate the effort to help installation but the persons delivered the items didn't install the range in the correct location which left a gap between the wall. I had to call to arrange another installation to fix the problem. I hope they could be more careful on the installation process.

These guys showed up at my door and told me that had no range kits (gas or electric) on the truck. Huh? Why did you confirm the appointment that same morning then? The guy at my door is not wearing a mask or gloves. Heard of COVID-19? I tell them to deliver anyway and I will go get a cord later and install as our range was broken. They come into my house, remove the old range, bring the new one in and still don't have masks, gloves or shoe booties on. Once one of the guys saw I put my mask on, he apologizes and said they didn't have any masks with them. You know how many texts and emails I got from Best Buy that they would be following all State and Local guidelines along with wearing masks and gloves? A lot. Come on Best Buy, if you are going to use a 3rd party company for delivery you better vet them first.

The parts needed for repairs were no longer available. That was too bad. Everything else from Best Buy has been great! The men who came out were very nice apologetic and professional.

Range was installed, but front door wasnt returned to a functioning status. The pin wasnt installed on the storm door return piston holding it to the frame. In fact we had to find the pin that had rolled off the front steps.

My initial installation over 1.5 years ago caused my original stove to short out so I was able to get a new stove. This happened a 2nd time after my warranty had expired. I complained to Best Buy and they ordered me another new stove (3rd one now). HOWEVER, when this stove was delivered, a plastic part was broke when it was taken out of the box. The delivery person said that they will order me another new stove and now I cannot get the order to get a new stove due to it not being available. I've called 3 times now to get this fixed and all that they can do is schedule my current stove to be picked up, leaving me with no stove AT ALL. Let's just say I won't ever buy an appliance from BestBuy after this debacle.

Not sure why I’m being ask to review installation when no installation was do e it was just a drop off and I was told at the store the they were going to install brackets for the stove to not tip forward and was told by the delivery company they are only to dropping it off .
