    Best Buy does NOT care about my experience with them, nor do they care that I’ve expressed my dissatisfaction several times - to no avail. Not once has someone with authority contacted me to even try to apologize or offer something off of this purchase. I’m so over it, cancelling the service plan, and sticking with Lowe’s … then telling all my family, friends, colleagues, neighbors of my Best Buy horror story

    Had issues with items installed. First guys put a hole in my ceiling with my front door and second guys didn't level stove had to redo myself. Definitely not a good experience and they give you a 4 hour time slot. Second time the guys came 10 minutes before the end of the time slot

    Not having to install was nice but there left it about 4 inches from the wall. Had to adjust it.

    Best Buy would not install our range since it was hard-wired. I tried calling the store and help center before delivery date to ask about my situation. No one could give me an answer about my old range being hardwired and the new install. Hard wiring is safer, according to our electrician, than an external cord but no one one the phone could answer my inquiries. We ended up with a delivery of the range in the middle of the kitchen and calling an electrician to come hook it up the next day.

    The stove warmer burner doesn’t work. I do not like the space between the control board and he top of the range.. Called Best Buy for help I was told they do not take in store calls because they are busy with in store customers!!!! REAllY??? Not Happy!!

    Installers came to deliver the replacement for the range I purchased, the first one came with a bump and needed to be replaced. At first the installer claimed there was no installation included on the delivery aven after I showed him the invoice with the Installation included. Later he claimed he couldn't install it because I had not purchase a cable from Best Buy, The original ranged I had installed was bought at best huy as well so was the original power cable. I understand this is not direct flat from Best Buy but in the future I hope they select their vendors better.

    Delivered and installed. However, some days later I went to pull the stove out to disconnect it due to Hurricane Irma approaching and found that they had barely plugged it in and the anti-tip bracket was so loose on the wall it would have been better for them not to even attempt to install. It's sometimes better to just do things yourself.

    They have made 3 attempts to deliver an undamaged range! Every range they send out has huge dents right out of the box! It has been over a month now and still do not have an undamaged range! Horrible delivery service! Will never buy another appliance from them because of this!

    Best Buy is the worst company I have ever dealt with and the customer service is awful. I purchased $3,000 worth of appliances in July and I still haven’t seen my fridge, but they charge me for it every month on my Best Buy card! They tell me every few weeks it will be delivered and then 6 hours before it’s supposed to be here they say they need to reschedule. Customer service keeps you on hold for hours. They hang up on you all the time. The supervisor refuses to speak to you and apparently there is only one supervisor and no other supervisors or managers. I will be canceling my Best Buy Card and never buying from this place again. I told them I would like to return my microwave and oven since I don’t have a matching fridge and they refused.

    Very unprofessional contractor. Two guys had about 6 new products loaded on a temporary plated pickup truck. Installation was not done according to my ask. I will have to relocate the range myself. Then he had me initial and sign a blank delivery form.

    Gas line removal

    The installers that showed up couldn't intall the stove. I had a gas range and switched to electric. The salesperson failed to document this when I told him. Apparently they have to schedule a certified company to disconnect the gas lines. The installers attached the cord and left the range. I had to remove the old one and install it myself.

    This by far was the worst experience I have had ever. No call, rude, smashed off everything, They did not unwrap, nor set back in place. the stove hung out 6-8in from the cabinet. The guy plugged it in, snapped his fingers at me and said look, as he turned the burners on, the plastic started to melt on top of the unit, then he was gone. I had to pull the stove back out to unwrap, scrap the melted plastic of surface, install anti-tip bracket and place properly in place and level. Thank goodness the kitchen is being remodled or I would have had to do touch up at 4 different locations.

    The installers didn't mount the safety anti-tip foot bracket and routed the power cord in such a way that the drawer under the oven would not close once opened. I had to install the foot and reroute the power cord
