My review is from both the installers to Best Buy customer service. With the installers, the first delivery time I had, they didn’t bother to show up or to even call to tell me they were finished for the night. I had to make another appointment. When they came they removed the bracket from my old stove but didn’t bother to install the new bracket. And they took my new bracket with them but left the screws for me. I called customer service which was a miserable experience and it was not fixed. I have bought several appliances over the years for multiple houses, and was going to buy a Bosch refrigerator next, but nope. Best Buy has let me down.

Disastrous range/oven install

This could not have been more disappointing. Installers came two hours earlier than scheduled. They would not wait 45 minutes while electrician installed a new outlet. They dumped the stove in the living room and it was missing parts (no oven racks, no owners manuals, etc). Took weeks to get a new appointment after more than a dozen calls and hours on the phone with Best Buy. When installers came back out, they did not have the necessary parts to install safety anti-tip over bracket to wall/oven. More than a month after purchase, the oven is still not attached to the wall as it is supposed to be per install instructions. I've lost hope.

While the delivery crew showed up on time, that was about the only positive thing about the experience. Firstly, they left packing material all over my kitchen. They also left on the protective plastic tape stuff because "it will come off easier after it warms up" Really? Then the broiler draw would not close. They said it was because there was ice in the rails. I waited for 4 hours and it still would not close. I ended up pulling the drawer all the way out to find that the electrical cord was in the way and stopping the drawer from closing. I pulled the stove back out, put the cable in a better position and BAM the broiler drawer closed without problem.

We installed it ourself because they couldnt deliver it when we asked them, to deliver it. You can't tell them to come at 4:00pm. If the time is set up from 12-8 that is the time range, but then the deliver driver has to be back at the building at 5:00 no later

They did not know how to locate the cord which was under the back panel. Two delivery guys came and another one to supervise them since the were new. None of the 3 knew how to locate it even after I told them where it was so they called someone who confirmed what I said. They didn’t even anchor it to the wall and had the audacity to leave the anchor sitting on the counter AFTER telling me it was secured. I put the stove original stove outside to save time after they went back and forth trying to make the new one fit into the kitchen still in the box.

Our new range was SUPPOSED to have been delivered between 12 and 4 pm. They were significantly late, but the GEEKS that installed the range were pleasant and completed the install as quickly as they were able. They explained the features of my new range and even suggested the best cleaner to purchase for it.

The salesman told us no one had the oven we wanted in stock and the factory was on backorder. So we purchased this. We had to purchase a $100 membership to their club to get $300 off the purchase price. Then my wife found the one we wanted on Home Depot so we canceled. They canceled everything but the $100 membership. What am I gonna do with that? Shame on them!

My stove was just shoved part way into the opening and left approximately 3 inches away from the wall with the explanation being that the plug and cord were in the way, and there was no attempt to level the appliance, per the installation instructions.

The installation was not done because they said something was going on with the wiring and they could not do the installation. They left the stove at my house but didn’t hook it up but it was okay because they dropped it off which was the hard part.

My slide in range would not seat properly at the back of my cabinet. The installer told me to go the manufacturer website to purchase a longer back splash for my range. This did not exist. I now have a 1.5 inch gap between my range and the wall. In addition, they were hours late showing up.

The techs that delivered and installed the range left it sitting about 3-4 inches away from the wall! The anti-tip bracket is not even being used due to the poor installation. Very unsatisfied!
