The install was miserable. The head installer expected me to pull out my old range or it would be $50 more, he told me. The helper had hardly room to work to install the metal thing in the wall that the cord plugs into because the lead installer pushed the range in too far, The helper had to climb out over the counter after yelling "help".
The lead installer did not hear him because he was at the truck.
I would recommend this to a friend

They dented the side of my range the size of a softball...but only only found out a few days later when qe pulled out to reposition th3 electrical outlet to make it better fit.

Be sure to have them put pan of water on each burner to be sure it will heat to boil. One of my burners did not work but they just turned them on and left it at that. Works for electric and gas, but not induction tops!

The guys who installed our oven did not remove the stickers properly, and now every time we turn on our oven, there is a burning plastic smell everywhere. They are stuck in between all the crevices of the oven.

The 3 men who delivered my stove barely spoke english. They had trouble getting my stove out.
Put 2 dings in my refrigerator, then didn't even install the anti tip bracket. They also did not level the stove legs....just plugged it in, dropped it and left.

Installers did NOT install or level the range. We have a 3 prone range outlet. They brought a 4 prone range cord. We live much closer to Lowes, so my husband purchased a new 3 prone cord there & did the install himself.
Regardless, I feel the contracted installers could have completed the leveling. They did not level our new refrigerator either or hook up the water line to the door water & ice machine. Again, my husband had to do it. Obviously, I Am Discouraged...

ordered 3 new appliances by whirlpool and they all need to be replaced 3 times. every thing comes broken.
repairs people are not really repair people and sent know how to fix anything they just take pictures. They break other things I your house while trying to install. Some dont even understand what is wrong and make unsuitable suggestions There is no diverstity everyone is Latin and one speaks English and the other doesnt.

The installers were nice but did not have a clue. After they left we had to move the anti tip bracket to be lined up with the stove. It was not lined up any the stove was kinda shoved in. This could have potentially been dangerous

I purchased a stove in March then the shelter in place happened. Working in healthcare, I knew it was important that everyone stay safe, so i didn’t mind waiting until they were able to install it. I waited until the end of April, since Best buy contacted me and said they would be able to install and haul away my old stove, and they will be using all the precautions. Long story short, my boyfriend was home they brought the stove in, picked up the old stove and didn’t bother installing the new one like the we’re suppose to. We had to figure it out ourselves.

The stove was delivered as promised. The delivery guys seemed very courteous and professional, however during the install they broke the edge of my countertop and never said anything about it. I have to assume they didnt know. We reported it immediately and we are still waiting on a resolution.

Would have rated installation poor but they did Bring it into our house and put the range in its place. Range was not balanced and tip brackets were not installed. I would install tip brackets myself but they were not included in the delivery.

It's hilarious it says this service is "complete" when in fact Best Buy didn't complete this service. They left as they didn't know how to hook up the range. I had to call someone else and now Best Buy won't pay for the install charge. The appliance install department is incompetent. The guys just left...didn't even try to reschedule. Best Buy owes me 286.50.
