    The delivery was in time period I selected. But they never measured where the range went and told me it wouldn’t fit.I took and pushed it from the living room to where it sat in the kitchen by myself. And I use a walker.

    The final group that installed the oven didn't seem knowledgeable, The oven looks uneven and the glides are crooked. The really topper is that they did not take the box and the packaging materials that the oven came with,

    Some Accidental Damage

    The delivery guys tried to be careful, but they used arm straps vs. a dolly to switch out the ovens, and ended up leaving black marks on a newly-painted wall. Fortunately those wiped off. Permanent damage was done to the wood floor, where they slid the new one in.

    both techs that came out to install did a very poor job of installing our 3 appliances.

    Allen who delivered was amazing! Thank goodness for him. The process leading up to him coming was terrible. Promises of a delivery and then nothing...multiple phone calls and lots of my time. No stove on Thanksgiving.

    The guys that came in to install the range were horrible. They made ever excuse to not install the range. From our old range had to be moved before bethel would install the new one. To they couldn’t touch the new stove to show how it worked. We had 4 new appliances install from Best Buy in the last year. But the guys that did our range were lazy and had the feeling they wanted to get out as fast as possible with doing as little work as they could. They didn’t even install the power cord as they should have. The clap that holds the cord in place they didn’t even install that.

    Knobs turn on very easily which is a fire hazzard.

    If you are a parent of young children or elderly beware of this range. The knobs are SO sensitive and almost caught our house on fire 2 times within the first 2 weeks. Both times adults somehow bumped the knobs or brushed up against them and unknowingly turned them on. One time it caught a towel on fire and the other time its just started the extra hot burner. I now see other reviews that say the same thing. I am returning this stove now. Too sensitive and scary to have in my house with children.

    Their installation only included bringing it into the house, attaching the cord and sliding it in to place. They did not install the anti-tip bracket and did not level the range. I was a little disappointed.

    Worst delivery/install experience ever!

    Worst delivery and install I've ever had and I have several properties that require delivery and install! Severely rude and reckless delivery guys. Didn't wear masks or gloves. Didn't protect wood floors. Didn't clean up inside or outside of the property. Actually left paperwork inside the oven after turning the oven on to "burn off the stuff from where they made it." If I had not looked inside the oven after 5 or so minutes, there would have been a fire! The papers were already charred on the edges and smoking. Total lack of professionalism or caring at all about the job or customer.

    Had coordination issues with Corpus delivery scheduled appt without coordination with me / when delivery techs showed up they were good & knowledgeable Corpus people never made of for scheduling issue / SA rep was great

    The guy was really nice but after he left I realized he didn't level it or slide it into the anti-tip thing. And I can't get it in there either.

    Stove is backordered and will not be installed until the end of June. There were excessive problems with scheduling install evaluation: they NEVER showed up for the first appointment and I was promised a significant discount. Have not received any word about this!

    The crew did not attempt to level the range or install the anti-tip brackets even though I had removed the paneling on the rear of the island to provide ample access to the backside of the range.
