    Initially was fine with declining this installation. I was going from a Drop-in to a Freestanding and not sure if I didn't remember to say that or that message didn't carried over. No problem. AFTER all that, I kept getting calls about an available installation date. I had to get the refrigerator replaced so I was still waiting on that but they were mentioning a sooner date. After back and forth calls with the store (the "hub" call center SUCKS btw!) and multiple calls/messages from "Best Buy Installation" (including one on MOTHER'S DAY!), they finally say it was for a range installation. So they cancelled the job, GEEZ! And all the appliances on my original order still say "out for delivery".

    The on-site service was fine but the customer support service was terrible. Over an hour wait to speak to a supervisor. They did not follow through with the previous commitments. Will no longer purchase items from them and will focus on local provider

    The first installer nearly killed us!

    The installer didn't wire the range up properly so the case was left connected to 120vAC on a 50 amp circuit. This could've been a fatal mistake. They didn't even test the oven post-install simply noting that the clock was illuminated. This issue was verified by both an LG service man and a second Best Buy installer who both understood the gravity of how bad the initial install was. The second installer did a proper job of correcting the error and properly tested the stove. Due to the error, I had no stove for nearly a full week.

    The delivery people didn’t remove any paper from the outside of the range, they didn’t level it, didn’t install the anti tip brackets, and damaged my driveway.

    The technician didn’t level my stove or even push it all the way back against the wall.

    this was the only installation with no problems, HOWEVER, when they unhooked my door to get all appliances in, they didn't re-hook my door swinger and it scratched up my paint and now have to repaint my door

    I'm only giving a star because I had no choice. I had a horrible experience with the installation. The technician didn't even bother looking at my own cord that I already had for the new stove. He kept saying that he couldn't install it because i didn't order a new cord. When I specifically spoke to a bestbuy agent and they said I didn't need a new cord for them to install the new stove. I had to pay another $90 to have another company install my new stove.

    They delivered it on time that’s awesome but wouldn’t install it or even take the box or trash ugh that’s frustrating when my paper work says delivery and installation if you just want it delivered and not installed then it’s perfect for you! I will say yesterday I just had a freezer delivered and the delivery was completely opposite they were going to install it I said I will do it but they unboxed it and took the trash with them so maybe it was the delivery people on the day I got my range idk

    Installation was scheduled for 4pm - 6pm installers called at 9:30 to see if ok to install, Installation was done by 10:30pm I allowed installation has had appointments the rest of week and couldn’t be present

    They brought it with a smashed top, brought it into the house scratching the floors, and then accidentally turned on the range while their blanket was on top of it lighting it on fire. Then they tried to intimidate us into saying they did none of this. So yeah. No.

    Protection against range tipping was not installed. It was installed after argument with the contractor. The contractor did not follow the instructions on the guide of installation I had to show him what to do with my understanding of the anti-tip device. The contractor argued that the screws cannot be installed on the floor because they don't work on cement. After checking, I realized that the contractor was not using the right screw and his colleague did not inform him about the protection or how to install it.

    When speaking to customer service they mentioned that i had not purchased a cord with my oven. I explained to them i had one brand new on my other oven that was not even used. Just installed. The delivery team would not do the install because it was a "used" cord and not one from Best Buy. I explained that customer service told me otherwise and they still would not do it. I had them leave it and did the install myself. If I coyld give 0 stars I would.

    Were to begin... I was replacing one electric cooktop stove with another. The legs on the stove didn't extend enough to clear the counter top. So the installer lifted the range up.and the stove was then supported by the glass top of the stove and he broke off a piece of my counter top. . In the process of bringing it in they also bent one the back legs. He then used some wood shims under the legs. Never will I ever use best buy to install any thing again. The installer called in my complaint and I filled out a on line survey letting them know how angry and disappointed I was. Never heard from them at all. Not even a refund for delivery and installation.

    Installers would have wired in power cord, but could not direct wire range. Not what I was told at time of purchase. Otherwise, all went well with delivery and haul away.

    Incompetent installers, damaged my property and my appliance, failed to install anti-tip plate, and no response from Best Buy customer service or their sham of an insurance company. Zero stars. WORST INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE EVER!

    Damage to range glass top during installation

    During Installation of range the person installing hit the top of the glass top range with some item he was using to install it. And made the comment “crap” This action left a mark on our new glass range top which I have not been able to remove using glass top cleaner recommend by Best Buy employees at the appliance purchase area in the store. It looks at this point the mark in glass is permanent.

    I had a LG Range delivered Dec 22nd. The inside was cobalt color. When using range & in my house when not in use I received a severe allergic reaction. I am allergic to cobalt. The sales people did not know the color contained cobalt either. When I called the Geek Squad they said others have had reactions, not as severe. I still do not have a stove. GM manager has been very understanding. Sales have been helping some but don’t want to be responsible for any allergic reaction. I have been without a stove since Dec 26th.

    The Best Buy staff that handled the actual delivery were very nice and helpful. The process of getting it delivered, though, was a pain in the rear with Best Buy losing the range and missing the first scheduled delivery.

    They came in and installed and it works. Didn't say a word to us. Didn't seem very friendly. If I could have picked up myself I would have been better off installing, but i needed to get it here.
