Worst ever, Will never buy anything that I will need them to deliver to my house. They failed (3 times) to deliver my stove and install it on a timely basis. I have to take off work 3 different days to wait delivery and installation. To make matter worse, I was going to have someone else install it but was told they left the wrong cord for the stove. They gave me someone else's washer/dryer cord. I was so fed up that I decided to return it, though I have no confidence they will come on time.

I had a Best Buy guy come out to measure for the space the range would go into. Measured and told me exactly what was needed to install. Requested same person to do the installation. Best Buy sent out two different teams to install the stove, and neither team was willing or able to install the range. Best Buy refused to send the guy they sent to do the measuring, so my range is not installed and juts so far out into the kitchen that it blocks a cupboard and a drawer from opening.

I asked the two men to level the stove. When I went looking for them the truck was gone. Very Disappointing..

First the installer had difficulty removing the old stove because it was attached to a Jenn Air Fan. He looked at the remaining fan and just said "This is above my pay rating". I was able to almost unscrew the fan myself and then he finished the job with a power screwdriver. He then dropped the vent pipe down the hole instead of removing it.
He then said he could not install the anti tip bracket for unknown reasons.
He then left almost all of the blue adhesive protective tape on the stove which was hard to remove under the stove.

The installation for my set of appliances was nothing but a nightmare! I had no idea that Best Buy hired a 3rd party. I had to have several people come out to correct the issues.

installers refused to install stove or even set up the wiring due to my old oven being a jenn air. I removed the 2 screws holding the motor in place and location was ready for install but they still refused. They refused to take my old oven that was completely removed at this point and said it was too wide yet a few days later a new tech came to remove it and they did it no prolblem at all.

I am giving 1 star because when the range was delivered the men told me they could not install it because it was hard wired. This was understandable however they left the range in the middle of the kitchen and left. I was stuck with it until I could find an electrician sitting right there.

The delivery service guys were ok however they did not use the proper dry-walls screws for the anti-tip plate. They did not use any anchors and the screws did not hold/ I had to get a carpenter to re-do it.

If I could give the install guy a zero I would. He said he couldn’t install it due to his company policy and then asked me for cash under the table to do my “free” installation! When I said I’m calling BestBuy he left. BestBuy Geek Squad installation tells me they’ll send someone back (assuring me it won’t be same guy, guess who showed up at my door again? I ended up hiring a local reputable appliance installation guy for $137 !

They did not install it, because it went into directly wired and told us they couldn't touch it.
No professor installation but we paid almost 30 dollars to have if done . When ordered no one said anything about this. Plus another charge for 6 foot cable cord which was not needed. Look to see some money returned to us. Plus no RECEIPTS OTHER THEN OUR EMAIL. I wanted to order more products, so i would appear a response soon. From you.

The delivery in Washington State in the rain. The driver thought it was a better plan to leave my range sitting in the rain while he installed the power cord.rather than doing that under cover. He did not want to carry his tools up to my house. Even when I covered my brand new range with a towel at his truck he had no urgency to move it out of the rain. FRUSTRATING!

Only rcvd partial refund. I am told I need to contact another department for the rest.
I am very disappointed. Someone came out to do measurements, someone came out to do the install. He said product won’t fit he can tell by just “looking” at the stove.

Installers not qualified. They don't know how to install water lines in refrigerators and they certainly don't know the first thing on how to install a dishwasher. And they could'nt even lift the stove over the plug for the stove so it could be pushed back touching the wall.My impression is - all they know how to do is bring your appliance into the house and leave.....

The crew arrived (one without a mask or a uniform) to deliver our range and over the range microwave. During the installation, they informed us that they do not install the anti-tip bracket. When putting the stove in place, they left the protective corners from shipping on the product and pushed it into place stating that this is how it's suppose to be. After they left we had to pull the range back out and remove the pieces as well as install the anti-tip bracket. Overall I am disappointed with installation aspect.

I had 3 appliances installed at the same time. This is the only one I rated a at 1. The 3 other appliances are rated at a 4. The team did not wear mask or take any of the COVID-19 policy. They also did not install the range correctly. The cord was tangled in a way that the bottom drawer could not be placed on the tract. I did not notice this until after they had left my home. Another team is scheduled to come next week to correct this.

Guys were not that friendly. Only wanted to drop off stove and leave. I had to ask him to connect the cable to the stove before he left if not he wouldn't of have done it.

Installers did not properly mount the range security bracket which prevented the range from fitting to counter depth. Told me I needed an electrician to move the floor mounted plug. Not true. The bracket screws were barely screwed in sticking up so the range could slide I all the way. I accepted their explanation, tipped them, called an electrician only to have him pull the range out and see the screws sticking up.
