Sterling VA installation team was excellent. They wore masks & booties without prompting. They were quick and efficient. A credit to the company.

They did a great job. Product is good. It did have a few scratches on it. But it's ok.

Installers were professional, on time, and quick. They were able to answer all my questions. I will use Best Buy again for appliances just because I was pleased with the installation.

I live in a high-rise, which is very odd for Oklahoma. The crew was so helpful. They unboxed my range, brought it through a series of weird corridors in the building's basement to the regular elevator because the freight elevator was broken. They careful made sure the range and the building were not damaged. And they just had a great attitude. I love Best Buy employees.

Great service and I am glad I opted to have my oven delivered. I live about 50 minutes from the closest Best Buy and it was more convenient to have a big item like this delivered and installed. My bottom drawer wouldn’t close all the way but the delivery guy tried his best to work through all the options to get it fixed. My outlet was placed awkwardly and my uncle had to end up updating the outlet and placing it in a different spot in order for the drawer to close and for the oven to be pushed all the way back against the wall. This was no fault to the delivery guy and I am pleased that he tried to fix the problem and didn’t just brush it off.

They explained how to use it, Except they did not push it all the way against the wall. It works great. They were fast and very friendly

The electric range was carefully un rapped and carefully installed. The workers installed the range neatly and they checked and made sure every thing worked well.

I had them deliver it and set it up. It took longer getting the feet adjusted then anything. The first delivery he couldn't get it to adjust, kept turning. I'm glad I was standing there. If not he may have left it. It was a third party, and his boss said to shimy it and move on to the next. I said no. I was annoyed at this point, I tried calling best buy continuously for 2 days, getting another and all I got was, due to high call volume please call back. No matter what department. I finally drove over and my rep got me another. The second install seem to go ok.

The techs did a great job, and were very fast in removing and replacing the old tilt mount wich was original to our house.

Installation was fast and they did it in a professional way, the only thing is that they don't know how to put the divider to separate the top from the bottom oven in this Samsung electric range Dual door range.

The install went without incident and the guys were very nice and respectful of our home.

The two gentlemen that came out to my house and Installed my new range did a wonderful job. They made sure that it was properly secured and that it was in full working order before leaving. They even set the clock on the stove to the correct time.
