I wasn't there for the install. We had my mother there and she is a difficult woman to please. She said the guys didn't just shove it in, and risk damaging the counters or stove. We haven't had any issues and it fits like a glove.

Great looking stove, controls are easy to use. Ceramic top looks great and cleans easily. Baked some cookies that called for 10 minute baking time but had to leave them in about 2 more minutes - guess we have to get used to stove.

The delivery guys were right on time! Took my old range out, and brought the new one in, attached the new plug and put it into place. Showed me the features, cleaned up their mess and were on their way!! Great job Best Buy!!

Just got a brand new electric range and it was put in place very quickly and efficiently. Looks great and I couldn't be happier. Love Best Buy and their delivery/install team. They are true professionals! You won't be disappointed.

Installers did what was expected. Removal was also flawless.

They were not the most professional fellas, but did a good job. I appreciated them not plugging in my oven since there was a problem with my electrical outlet. That was wise on their part.

Stove has been in service 10 days and very pleased. Looking forward to Thanksgiving Family get together and wonderful meal cooked on this stove. Complements kitchen in colors and design. Easy to use and all operations are very easy to understand. Will continue to purchase appliances from Best buy as being a geek member is only one of them perks.

Install was great except they didn’t take off the bright yellow shipping pads inside the lower oven door. Still can’t get them off :(

Delivery of my new appliances (including this range) couldn't have gone better. My sales person from the store called a few days out to re-confirm the delivery, the automated system called the day before several times to do the same, and the driver/installer called that morning to give me an approximate time for delivery. Once they arrived, they installed everything quickly and professionally and ran the initial cooking schedule as recommended by the manufacturer. They asked if I had any questions on how to operate the machine, and also hauled away my old appliances with care. Besides being professional in their work, they were very nice people and seemed to care very much about my satisfaction.

Service men who delivered and installed my KitchenAid freestanding double oven range were vey efficient and professional. Very pleased with Best Buy.
