Dissatisfied

During the installation they had to adjust the back legs. While adjusting the back legs, the installers scratched my refrigerator! Now it has a black scratch on a grey side! Not happy about that!

Very, very difficult installation process

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Getting my new stove installed was one of the worst things I’ve ever heard experienced in dealing with a service to my house. even though I explained upfront to the salesman with a picture, fully describing that I’m going from a drop in installation into a slide in installation, no one was prepared for the situation who showed up at my house. there was a lot of confusion about exactly what it was Best Buy’s procedure and process. During a phone call to a corporate number, it was revealed that the corporate person was convinced that geek squad guys (the guys who actually cut cabinets), did not exist. I finally had to show up again at the store to talk to the manager to finally get someone who could come out and make the modifications to my countertop and cabinet in order to complete the installation. I informed him that it was my personal opinion that everyone involved, including subcontractors, needed to have a lot of training. just to be clear this is a critique of the installation process and not the actual stove. I’ve had the stove for a couple of months and it works well except for the air frying. I don’t know why they say that the stove does not need preheating. There doesn’t appear to be any better heating and convection process on the air frying versus just the normal convection cooking.

Very worrisome that something could fall behind the stove. After researching on this it is a big problem. I went down to Best Buy today to speak with someone. He said they have no kits in stock to fill in the gap. I think after buying 3 new appliances from you folks. You could of told us about this. That way we could of purchased it ahead of time Incase we would of needed it. If anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate getting in touch with me. Just to be clear we had to cancel delivery on our appliances several times because of Covid. Our contractors were behind on getting their products. So we took delivery on May 27th.

Left Before Completing Install

I purchased it with installation. It was delivered on time, but the installers didn't bother to level the range. They left it with the rear significantly lower than the front. So obvious I noticed it in the first photo my mom sent. I spoke with someone at Best Buy immediately after the delivery. They told me someone would be out to finish the job on Saturday or Tuesday...I've heard nothing back. Very disappointed with this lack of basic service. Is a 77 year old woman expected to level the range herself?

Range stove

I do not want to rate guys. They seen it first, and i do not know if they had any controll over situation. I do not k ow if this product would good choice or not. Hard to know with all the damage
