My stove has huge dent piece missing out of glass liner dent on door as well. Not happy! I do not want to rate guys. They seen it first, and i do not know if they had any controll over situation. I do not k ow if this product would good choice or not. Hard to know with all the damage

The installation people are nice but their work is not really good. They didn't screwed the plate that holds the range leg to floor (see the picture). So I gave them 3 stars because they are nice people.

Best Buy claims that if you refuse an anti tip bracket, they will not hook anything up. But when they fail to remove the old bracket and install one properly, they hooked the oven up, leaving us with a risk of tipping, and an oven that sticks out a few inches from the edge of the counter. I am being told I'll have to wait at least 5 days from delivery to get someone out to correct this issue. If I would've known this I would have just had someone help me install it because then it would have been done correctly. Now I either have to wait or do the work myself so I can use my oven safely.

Our delivery was terrible. The agents moving the range into the house rammed the new range into the front door frame on the way into the house. They didn't level the range, so it was crooked. They left fingerprints and blue sticky tape all over the range. They did not install the anti-tip bracket. I've raised all this up via phone and via the feedback form and have yet to hear anything back from Best Buy. Very disappointed.

Paid to have range installed and old hauled away. No old range was moved into my garage for me to deal with new range was carried in but i asked if they could level it but that wasn't completed either so not sure what i paid for!

The gentlemen that installed the range were professional and did a fine job.

During the pre-installation visit by Ethan and Ethan on Wednesday I explained that we bought an electric oven. They told me that my existing outlet would be fine (see photo). This was untrue, but I believed him and canceled the electrician I had scheduled. When the oven arrived the delivery on Monday byJuan, he said it was not the right outlet. It had a 4 prong 240v cord (see photo). Ethan should have known that, but misinformed me. What was the point of the pre-install visit? So 3 days before Thanksgiving I had to scramble to find an electrician and pay for the installation myself. The electrician I hired saved thanksgiving.

They put the stove in the approximate place in the kitchen, and that is about it. They didn't push it back, adjust the height, or level it.

Nice looking electric range. After fist use . Hot surface light never turned off.

MN Plumbing and Home Services is a terrible company. Do not use this install service from Best Buy. They wired my new range cord improperly and it could have been a shock, fire, or electrocution hazard. The only reason I selected install was due to replacing all of my kitchen appliances and didn't want hassle. What a mistake. I had to redo the cord myself. I'll be reporting MN Plumbing and Home Services to The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry for this code violation. In addition, I'll be contacting Best Buy customer service and requesting a refund for this installation.

Overall install went fine- however there is a gap on both sides of the oven as well as the back and gap capers/ erasers were not installed/ provided at time of installation.

The installer refused to use my 50 amp range accessory cord. He stated that I must use the cord which I purchased as a back up rather than an identical one. The other technician said if I used my cord my house would catch on fire in a few months. I immediately called my local store and the customer service agent was of no help. Rather than arguing with two guys about the install, I had them install it using the purchased cord. The technicians did nothing but push the oven into the slot. They did not level it, they did not install the anti-tip device, they left all the protective coating on the oven. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horrible delivery.. they did not level or secure the stove! Did not push it into place ,the new cord was cut showing exposed wires . Left a huge mess, mud on carpet …. Made contact with manager at Best Buy , at this time still waiting on follow up

my old stove was flush against my wall, but the new stove sticks out about 2 inches from the wall
