minor hick up

The range wouldn't get flush with a wall. I've determined it was to large of the gap between the range and the wall. I kindly asked the installed to adjust and it turned into a lot of back I forth about how the plug was installed. I was told its not possible to re-fix the cable and etc. With a simple push the problem was resolved. The advise: don't take the no for an answer.

Excellent Customer Service

Not only was the in-store Best Buy employee a dream to work with, the two gentleman who delivered the stove were so pleasant. Despite electrical issues that prevented them from being able to properly install it, they were honest and gave my husband advice on what to do to rectify the problem. After we got the electrical problem worked out and got the stove installed, Best Buy sent out two more employees to pick up the old stove. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Great customer service experience!
