The geek squad installed and the also put on the tip control bracket. They made adjustments so it fit in the space we had available

The Best Buy Installers were the best installers I have ever had, and I have had many. We have moved several times and have had many purchases and many installers. Best Buy has the BEST installers ever. They used straps like the Germans used when we lived in Germany. No damage to doorways, no knocking into anything. The straps work like a charm. I am sold on Best Buy and their installers.

The first range delivered had a defect and had to be replaced, Due to stock issues, it took four weeks to get the second range. The second delivery team used a level to ensure that the range was level whereas the first team eyeballed it. Of more important note, the second team advised that the first team did not install the anti-tip bracket. This could have been a disaster!

In the past year we remodeled an entire home. We have had lots of deliveries and installations. The guys were friendly, quick and courteous. They arrived quite a bit after scheduled and when I called to check, the store was no help and the 800 number wasn’t either. Nobody knew where our crew was or if they were even coming. Nobody called to confirm delivery either. Big ball drop on communication, but the installation was great.

The two-person crew who installed my range were excellent. Install was completed quickly and they kept the area quite clean.

We had a bad experience with our last delivery and Best buy assured us that this was resolved. Fast forward to the oven delivery and they guys did a great job, were kind and courteous and were able to answer any questions we had. Great job!!
