The geek squad called within 30 mins. of the beginning of the appointment time. I had requested a call so I could make arrangements for my doggie. Big thanks for that. They were at my house about 15 minutes later. went right to work and were finished with the removal of my old stove and the installation on the new one within an hour's time. They leveled it, too! Once it was set up, they tested its operation and asked if I had any questions. They were able to answer them, too. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely use it again.

The installer was very efficient and courteous. Actually took the time to be sure the controls all worked and showed me how to use them. He advised me to get a ceramic glass cleaner for the top which was also what the manufacturer recommended. Good idea, it really works well. Only negative - the helper was obviously a new trainee and placed a metal component on top of the cooktop. Luckily it did not scratch it. The installer corrected him after I said something to the helper. He's just learning and no harm done so I still gave them five stars.

Let's be truthful, this was, initially, a major problem. I initially gave an incorrect delivery address and we changed it, but from that point forward, Best Buy messed up...supply chain issues were not helpful. That said, Best Buy STEPPED UP with superior customer service, we exchanged for another item, they delivered it, and the installation was wonderful. Thank you, Best Buy, for making it right.

Sony 70" TV more than met our expectations! The true colors are exceptional and the built in technology is amazing. This TV is very Smart, providing Google voice activation and access to the latest apps. Only negatives are screen casting doesn't always work from my cell phone and the volume is stuck on full blast when TV is reset or resets itself (rarely).
