Basically, an exercise in futility. Scheduled twice (actually three times, but cancelled second delivery because the install portion was postponed the day before). First delivery, two guys showed up and told me they don't install in NYC. After I told them I paid for it, they called Best Buy and then agreed to do it. Then came up to my apartment and figured out a million reasons why the new oven wouldn't fit, then left. Best Buy called and we discussed that disassembly (taking off handles and/or doors of ovens is necessary and was assured that the next delivery would be by experienced techs. It wasn't. The guys showed up and one stayed in the truck and the other spoke no english, but indicated (again) that it wouldn't fit, and that my oven couldn't go out. I had to move my refrigerator (alone - not a great idea for a stroke survivor) and we got it to the front door, where he decided it was too big to remove. Found the other guy, who spoke english and, surprise, had actual TOOLS. He took the handle off and we got the oven out the door as the tool guy put the cord in my new oven (on the street) and then told me it was too big to fit in my kitchen. When I said to take the handle off, he replied that he wasn't allowed to. As I seethed, he decided to take the door off and I brought it up. The oven went in easily and the door went back on easily, as well. As far as installation was concerned, all he did was plug it into the dedicated outlet. On his way out the guy asked me to give him a good review.

is a breeze but with free install, couldnt pass up. They had to do the heavy lifiing, leveling and sliding saving me time and a frustrated wife.

Installation was fast and with no problems. Range was checked out in front of me and some features explained.

range installation was easy.connecting electric cord and hook up was easy.

They removed my old stove and took it with them to correctly dispose of the stove , they installed the new stove and leveled it correctly before they left and also was wired properly very satisfied with the installation process

He did a great job, and not to be crude, but the previous contract person with one eye did a horrible disservice to Best Buy. He lied, did not follow through and left here with nothing done..if he worked for me he'd be fired. The last person you sent did a nice job...

I really like this oven and I have to praise the Delivery team (Geek Squad). The same day I had a fridge delivered 1/2 hour earlier from Home Depot and they refused to bring it inside. (supposably my driveway was too icy which it was not, it had a little snow on it.) Then the Geek Squad came, they has NO issues at all! Thank you again! We canceled our order with Home Depot and are now purchasing a fridge from Best Buy!

Best Buy installers did a wonderful job and were courteous and new their business. The installed by my Range and my new microwave over the range.

Fit perfectly I like that Best Buy gives you measurements to compare to at home.

I had my new Samsung stove delivered and installed through Best Buy. The kept in touch, arrived on time and we're very efficient.
