Outsourced delivery service has only 1 truck

And apparently they only have 1 truck and end up cancelling the appointment you scheduled two weeks in advance. So they then offered to give me a $100 BestBuy gift card, which 3 months later has yet to arrive. The following week, when the delivery people either fixed their truck or got another one, we were the first stop of the day and installation was "ok" - they didn't install the legally required anti-tip device in the stove, so I have to do that myself. Yes, I could called them back, but that would be more time out of work with a 4 hour window to deal with; with no day-before call like their supposed to - instead they called when they were 10 minutes away.

Excellent Samsung range installation!

The installer was very professional and attentive. When he discovered an issue with placing the range flush against the back wall, the installer got creative and moved the electrical plug to where it didn't impede the back of the range. Outstanding work! I'm so glad I added installation to my purchase!

I would have given them 5 stars. There was no install. Havent checked my account as of yet to see if $24.95 has been returned as of yet. I knew they couldnt do it when i went over the delivery instruction email. But i believe it is something that should be discussed when purchase is made. I would have been in trouble if i didnt know how to connect anything because they couldnt do an install due to me having a 4 inch marble baseboard. Putting no for install recommendation due to not having one
