Honestly worth every penny! Makes it so much easier to have them install your appliance. They know exactly how to install your appliance and they know if there is any that has to be done before you start using it. Like our stove needed to clean for 2 hours before we could use it, I had no idea that I had to do that

The installers were friendly and also took in consideration it my hardwood floors (offered to put on boot covers). I told them not to worry about that, just have it be safe for them. They were very personable, timely and explained/offered suggestions. Because of how great they were, I would definitely get this service for all my large appliances.

The delivery team was on time. The gentleman (Terrance) was very professional, customer friendly and I was able to ask questions and receive answers. He came in and installed the device, gave me some very helpful information regarding the device and my stove. It was a pleasant service experience.

I would absolute recommend Best Buy and the Pacific Kitchen folks for appliances. The sales rep was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Al went out of his way to accommodate questions and requests for information and service etc. The installers/delivery folks Best Buy outsources the service to leave much to be desired. They only had to adjust feet on my expensive new Bosch induction range and push into nook (Anti-tipping bracket was already installed by my cabinet folks) and they wouldn’t, and actually refused at first, to do any adjustment. They almost broke my new quartz counter b/c they took no measurements and made no adjustments before randomly and roughly shoving into nook. One back corner was so low vs counter the metal flanges were bent upwards. I pointed it out to them and the main installer/delivery guy said, “I don’t see it...there is nothing I can do.” It wasn’t until I demanded and insisted several times they remove from nook before counter chips and adjust legs up that he finally did. And then only reluctantly. I then had to prod them to adjust the other legs a bit as the front of range was clearly sloping upwards over counter (over half an inch from counter vs back which was near flush); so stove was nowhere near level. In the end they did such a sloppy job and were super rude that I finally let them leave and called a handyman friend to come help me adjust the legs. Took all of 3 minutes. 3 minutes the outsourced Best Buy installer/delivery guys couldn’t spare, despite being the only service they were sent to do. It was even explicitly written in their manifest/service order form (“adjust range legs for level”). Go figure. Makes me hesitate to recommend Best Buy if installation is required by a customer. But the sales folks are great.

The delivery and set up guys were great. They were communicative, professional and helpful. They were within the timeframe, very quick once they arrived and definitely knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend their service.
