It was an easy instal with no issues and the service was quick and professional

They were very polite but they didnt look for the attachment to the wall for the stove. they said it didnt come with the stove ut i opened the drawer and it was in there. I had to run out to get them before they left so they could put it on. The first team that brought the stove didnt level it or anythign else.

Installation was quick, fast and easy. They were there on time like they said.

We love our new stove. The best part is the two front burners have a smaller burner in the larger ones. Great idea from GE. Of course I haven't had to use the self clean part yet. My older stoves self clean stopped working. So I had to have a new one. It was really old. I love that Best Buy delivered and set it up and showed us everything it does. Best Buy you are the Best. The delivery and set up guys were great. They were communicative, professional and helpful. They were within the timeframe, very quick once they arrived and definitely knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend their service.

The professionals were in and out of my house within 5 to 10 minutes with everything setup and ready to go.

The installers worked quickly and made sure everything worked and was balanced.

They came early. Installation was quick, but not thorough. Oven wasn’t able to be push in all the way. Tip bracket wasn’t securely installed. After they left, I had to fix the bracket and reseated the range. Oven worked, so they installed the range connector correctly. You have to supply a new connector for your new range.

The install was professional and quick. They did not take very long very well trained.

The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. He left the workspace in good condition and took the old unit away without making a mess. And he asked if I had questions before he left. I've installed ranges before without any trouble, but I will certainly consider BB's installation service next time I need a large appliance.
