In search of an induction/convection range and found this new entry. Price was excellent with great support from the Bestbuy management team to complete this purchase. Only complaint if there is one the unilluminated control panel with dark red on black controls. But as for its functionality as an induction cooktop and convection oven I couldn’t be more pleased.

Geek Squad did a good job of delivering and installing new range. Removed and hauled away the old one.

The 2 guys did an excellent job in installing the stove.

The workers installed with no problems and explained to me everything. Very helpful.

The install crew seemed to be doing a good job, but when they left they had not brought in the "Included Accessories". Things like the racks, stovetop cleaner, and a temperature probe. Nor had they levelled the range.

The Geek Squad showed up on time to install my new range. I settled in on the couch knowing it would take awhile to get the old one out and the new one in. WRONG - These guys had the old range out and the new one in, the area completed cleaned up of all packaging and the range ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Not only were they efficient, but could not have been more pleasant.

I am glad that Best Buy doesn't farm out their delivery services anymore and are making sure things are done right. Had a bad experience with a delivery that was not done by employees of Best Buy and I swore that I would never do that again! Best Buy of course tried to make things right which I appreciated but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. But this time the delivery was a very pleasant experience. They were efficient, courteous and on time.

The first install I didn't even get a call till it was about the last hour in the 4 hour window block to tell me our range had been broken by the delivery guys. The second group of guys were great though. And from my understanding the 2nd guys were subcontracted delivery guys for the holidays. I'd advise bestbuy to use them for deliveries then who ever they are currently using.
