Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this expensive, top of the line, premium Electrolux refrigerator, and within 5 years have had to replace it twice. I had to pay the delivery fees and additional warranties for the replacements out of my own pocket. In addition to having to stay home from work 12 times to deal with repair people, I've had to toss out hundreds of dollars in food and have not had reliable food storage for my two small children for up to 6 weeks at a time. Electrolux customer service has been extremely unhelpful - their suggestion is for me to spend another $600+ on yet another warranty to cover my 3rd fridge in 5 years. Due to low confidence in the brand, terrible customer service, and an obviously defective product, I would not recommend this refrigerator.
