Least expensive top of the line dishwasher

After searching for months for an all stainless, mid-priced dishwasher to match my Kitchenaide appliances, we found a great deal on this Electrolux. It was the least expensive of this top of the line brand. It has a huge tub. The top rack adjusts to hold tall items on the bottom. It has holders for stemware on top. The extra large utensil basket can hold several complete sets of utensils, plus servers. The bottom has three sets of tines to also accommodate corning ware, pots, etc. The machine is super quiet; you hardly know it's running. There are multiple settings, including a quick wash that we use most of the time, since we don't have a lot of baked on food. There is an energy saver that we use, since we air dry. But we have tried the heated dry and it's good. Unlike our last dishwasher, one detergent tablet is sufficient; we were using three before. Love this dishwasher; actually doing the dishes more often and not letting them sit in the sink.

I love this Electrolux dishwasher. It drys very well, it is quiet and it cleans the dishes very well. I had a Samsung before and I will never ever buy another Samsung. All I got was the run around and it stunk from day one. All Samsung said to do was us Tang! I did and it still stunk. It wAS CLEANED THROUOUGHLY BUT ALWAYS HAD AN AWFUL SMELL. I LOVE THIS ELECTROLUX DISHWASHER!

This is a really great dishwasher. It has all the esthetics we were looking for, buttons on top (to keep toddlers lil nips from starting it), stainless steel interior for superb drying and quietness, and different wash cycles. It is really quiet and we sometimes can't tell it is running! It cleans and drys extremely well! All this for a great price! The only con is that the buttons on top are Extremely sensitive. And this is a little annoying at times, but for the price and functionality, it is not a major deterrent! Just an annoyance!

I purchased this dishwasher based upon color and rating for my newly remodeled kitchen. When it was to be installed, it was noticed that the door lock for cleaning was so large, the drawer next to it could not be opened. The drawer had to be re configured.

Wonderful dishwasher, we love it! Our kitchen is right next to the family room where we entertain and watch TV. The dishwasher can be on and nobody knows it! Only downside is the3 touchpad is extremely sensitive and turns on when simply just closing door. We recommend this unit to anybody!

Although there were virtually no reviews on this dishwasher, we took a chance on buying it. It was easy to install, but stuck out a little further from the surrounding cabinets. That was more my fault, as I should have paid closer attention to the measurements. It still looked great and it was amazingly quiet. You absolutely could not hear it running. Another area that concerned us was how it dried. Although it has a heated dry, we found the inside wet, dishes included. A little investigation revealed that we needed to be using a rinse aid. After doing so, the drying results were much improved. We ended up returning it, as my wife did not like the fact that it stuck out as much as it did, and how frequently she would accidentally start it by unknowingly touch the super sensitive controls.

Purchased this back in 2014 and it has been great since day one. Today, almost 6 years later, the machine finally died on us. Ordering something new from BestBuy now!

Does leave dishes a little damp...not bad though. It is extremely quiet. Im not happy with Best Buy, however. I would have had to have taken off 2 days to get the dishwasher installed. They said it had to be delivered on one day, and installed the next. Even if I paid for delivery in the morning and installation in the evening. I put it in myself, I just did not want to. Took about 45 minutes. Best Buy USED to be my go to store...

We chose this Electrolux dishwasher, based on the quality of their products and because this was an "out-of-box" model for about half of the usual price. It's a great dishwasher, except for the control panel, which is on top of the door. When you open it, just bumping the door can cause it to turn on, so be careful.

Top ratings except for the fact that the unit sometimes will start when we close the door. We can not figure if we are doing something wrong. We will give it some time. Unit is extremely quiet, just like we wanted.

Cleans the dishes as expected.....But the cycle time is on the long side. Also the touchpad is a little sensitive to the touch. When we go to close the door it will turn on.

I was looking for a great value with a good history. Not a fan of Whirlpool (all brands) or GE. The unit hit a home run. Sales staff was great and knew the product, delivery and install was on time and efficient. This BIG BOX store purchase was one of my best experiences

Top rack doesn't clean well. It turns on by it self, child locks on it's own and after several days unlocks by it self. Hoping it's only a computer glitch since it is all digital. Compared to Whirl pool I had before it, don't think this dish washer worth what I paid.

Super quiet, cleans really well and I like the look of it. If I had anything negative to say it’s that top buttons are very sensitive and easily turned on. The door when open goes almost all the way to the floor, it’s a long bend over to close the door, other than that this is an excellent product.

So we were in a bind last year when our dishwasher broke just before Thanksgiving. On "Black Friday" we saw this dishwasher was on a pricing special, after reading mixed reviews we gave it a try. Well here we area 20 months later with: Leaking door seals, wet dishes after drying cycle, etched glasses, and musty / wet interior (even after "drying cycle") Here is Electrolux 3 year "Warranty": 1 yr Parts and labor - pretty standard yrs 2-3 parts only but ONLY when ordered by an approved appliance service company. So I was expected to pay a service call for someone to come out and tell me the door failed to seal properly and is leaking. Or buy the parts from the company for $150. I got them online for $110 but very frustrating it is not built to last. Should have stuck with Whirlpool! 10 years and never an issue with old unit but didnt match decor anymore. Buyer beware.
