Ordered 3, Had to return 1 after one use due to drum no longer spinning. I did a reset, unplug/plug, tried different settings even waited a couple of days and drum was still not spinning. Hopefully the replacement works.

It takes a really long time to dry. My clothes in the unit is very small.

Water container must be emptied after few loads

Water container inside dryer must be emptied after a few loads. Dryer stops working when water container full. Full water container is heavy and may drip if full. Can someone please advise if direct draining is an option?

Thank you for reaching out! We understand the inconvenience of emptying the water container. That is not normal, there is a pump that is supposed to move the water up to the water container. Some moisture might be in the condenser while it is running, but that water should drip down and be collected up in the water container.
