We bought this vac a year ago. We needed a HEPA FILTER and had a carpet brush. The "Turbo Nozzle" is very disappointing. Terrible suction/power. Wimpy. This was pretty pricey as far as vacuum cleaners go, but I do not feel we are getting out money's worth mainly because the "Turbo Nozzle" does NOT clean my carpets deep down like my previous vacuum the Eureka Europa. It was the best vac ever. Had it for about 15 years. The multi-functional onboard tools were a neat feature (one tool did it all). Also, the advertised "dust-magnet" is a farce. Plus the combo carpet/bare floor nozzle is to fat and does not fit nicely underneath cabinets and under tight places. Overall for the money, we would have been better off spending about half the money on a bagless Eureka that has more power and deep cleaning carpet nozzle. I do not recommend this vacuum. It cost us $300!
