Great workout. She moves quickly through the dvd and I feel great afterward. Lots of stretching and needed strenght training. Haven't tried the postnatal workout yet.

It contains 2 sessions; Prenatal Yoga for strengthen, tone & relax / Postnatal Yoga for restore your body & energy. Each lasts about 40 minutes.
I have attended regular prenatal yoga classes but I end up stayed home and watch this DVD towards to the end of my pregnancy. The routine moves and poses are about the same as the class and very easy to follow.
